Excellent Suite and Convenient Location
spacious suite high ceilings in-room washer convenient towels
The suite was spacious. The high ceilings added to the feeling of openness. The in-room washer and dryer were very useful. I found the balcony view of ICON Park at night quite nice. The hotel provided towels for the pool. The lobby was clean and well-kept .
I noticed some noise from the hallway inside the room, suggesting the sound insulation could be improved slightly.

The hotel is located in a quiet area minimizing traffic noise. It's a short drive to the parks, only about five minutes away. This proximity allowed easy access to various attractions .

spacious layout full kitchen large balcony surrounding views
i chose the Beautiful One-Bedroom Suite Spa Bath. i found a pleasant surprise with the suite's layout, offering ample space. the full kitchen included a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. a large balcony provided views of the surrounding area, a true bonus.
The elevators were noticeably slow during peak hours. I needed to plan for extended travel times within the hotel.

the front desk staff were always helpful when i needed assistance. the on-site starbucks provided a convenient option for morning coffee. housekeeping responded promptly to requests for additional towels and amenities.

the hotel bar offered a range of cocktails and light snacks. the nearby restaurants provided many dining options within walking distance. the on-site café served a limited breakfast menu daily.
